Spa Hiking trails Wine tasting18 km from the city of Carcassonne, come and discover our guest rooms in Laure Minervois, a village in the heart of the vineyards.
Our typical old house of the region is located in a quiet street of the village. You benefit from a free Wi-Fi connection.
The blue note located on the 1st floor, is a cozy and spacious room, beautiful white marble fireplace, floor in local terracotta tiles, your room overlooks the street.

In winter you have central heating by radiator.
Under the stars is a suite located on the 2nd floor, soothing atmosphere, office area, spacious bathroom with large shower cubicle, WC, basin (private bathroom and WC). In the evening you can fall asleep watching the stars if you wish.
Our rooms have an area of 20m² approx.
Breakfasts are taken either at our table or outside on our terrace.
It is plentiful and varied, jam and homemade cake and/or pastries, seasonal fruit, eggs on request.
We offer the table d'hôtes, I cook fresh and local products, we will make you taste the organic wines of our village.
We put the Spa at your disposal from Easter to the end of October (may vary depending on weather conditions).
Our village is the starting point for many walks including that of Capitelles which offers a superb panorama, it is possible to jog around the lake.
The Cabrespine chasm is 20 minutes from the house. A spectacular place. Caunes and its abbey: its marble sculptures dotted around the village Sentier du Roy where you can admire beautiful marble sculptures.
The city of Carcassonne is a must, take a tour of the lower town or bastide and discover its beautiful square and its cafes.
You are between sea and mountain.
Narbonne with its old town, the famous halls, the Narbo Via archeology museum and then the sea Narbonne plage, Gruissan and the typical chalets, taste the local oysters. Make a stop at Fontfroide Abbey in perfect condition.
Discover the black mountain, the Pic de Nore highest point of the Aude.
We are in Cathar country, you will discover the castles or sentinel of vertigo, such as Quéribus, Saissac, Lastours to name but a few.
Montolieu is the city of booksellers, book lovers will enjoy it, it is an old village in the heart of the black mountain.
Lagrasse one of the most beautiful villages in France with its abbey where monks live, the village is typical, with its local craftsmen.

Nous avons passé deux nuits avec une table d’hôtes et petits déjeuners excellents dans une maison « à caractère » très bien entretenue dont les propriétaires sont très accueillants et agréables

"Détente spa après randonnée"
Nous avons eu un très bon accueil avec un apéritif de bienvenue. Nous avons pu profiter du spa pour nous détendre après nos randonnées. Le petit déjeuner était excellent. Merci encore pour ce week-end en votre compagnie.

Chambre et sdB spacieuses ainsi que tous les espaces disponibles. Terrasse agréable
Excellent accueil. Bonne table d'hôte et petit déjeuner copieux variant tous les jours et le tout à base de produits locaux Bio.

"Bonne adresse"
Très bon moment dans cette chambre d'hôtes qui est très agréable. La propriétaire est très accueillante et le petit déjeuner très bon. Adresse à recommander quand vous êtes dans la région de Carcassonne.

"Cadre et cuisine raffinés et accueil chaleureux"
Nous avons été accueillis comme des amis chez ce charmant couple de propriétaires. La chambre confortable et au décor raffiné était parfaite. Nous avons diné en compagnie des propriétaires dans une ambiance sympathique. Je recommande la cuisine de Martine qui est excellente et on voit que celle-ci prend plaisir à la préparer et à la partager.
