Cancellations: Guests can cancel for free until 14 days before arrival. Guests pay the first night if they cancel within 14 days of arrival. If guests do not arrive then they have to pay the total price. Guests can cancel their reservation using the link in your confirmation email.

Prepayment: Guests will be charged a prepayment of 40% of the total price after making the reservation.
