This sunny building enjoys an ideal location on a charming tree-lined square commonly called Place de la Rotonde by the people of Marseille, although its real name is Place Alexandre Labadie.
This residential area offers all amenities (metro, bus, local shops, cinemas) and all this just two minutes from Canebière and ten minutes on foot from the Old Port.
The extraordinarily quiet bedroom has its own bathroom and is well isolated from the rest of the apartment.
In this unique apartment, Marie has created a friendly atmosphere in an original and cosmopolitan decor, memories of her many stays abroad. At home, English and Spanish are spoken fluently. Her sense of welcome ensures that you will be welcomed as if you were visiting a friend and her wise advice will allow you to make the most of your stay in Marseille.
At Marie's, breakfast is the first sun of the day in front of her homemade jams made with love.
If by chance Marie's room was no longer available, Chloé, her daughter, could welcome you to her artist's studio located in the same area. A painter and sculptor, his guest room is spacious and beautifully decorated with his works. Chloé inherited from her mother the warm sense

Pedestrian access: coming from Saint-Charles station.
From the esplanade, go towards the large staircase, do not go down it – when you arrive at the lion (statue) on the left, take the pedestrian sidewalk along the taxi exit ramp.
At the bottom of the ramp, cross Boulevard Voltaire, go to the foot of the Golden Virgin (statue), go down Rue des Héros to Place Alexandre Labadie – 17 is the 2nd entrance on the left.
By car: from the A51 motorway coming from Lyon, Salon, Aix-en-Provence… take the “Gare Saint-Charles” exit, go around the station – arrived in front of the large stairs (on your left) turn right by taking Boulevard d'Athenes, then immediately left on Boulevard de la Liberté, go straight on into Rue Flégier (there is a wine cellar on the corner) until the 1st traffic light – turn right into rue des Abeilles, then again right into rue de la Rotonde until arriving at place Alexandre Labadie - – number 17 is the 2nd entrance on the right.

"Séjour parfait!"
Dès mon arrivée, l'accueil et la gentillesse de Marie m'ont fait sentir "comme à la maison"
L'appartement est très beau et la chambre calme et confortable avec grande salle de bains privative.
Idéalement situé, toutes les commodités, lieux d'intérêts et transports sont proches.
Le petit déjeuner très soigné et copieux.
Marie est une hôtesse pleines d'attention et très accueillante!

""Comme à la maison""
Marie è una padrona di casa affascinante, piena di vita, accogliente. Ci siamo subito sentiti "a casa" e le marmellate fatte in casa, hummmm, una delizia. Molto ben posizionato, a due passi dai servizi, a 10 minuti a piedi dal vecchio porto, vicino al Panier, al Cours Julien dove bisogna assolutamente fare una passeggiata in prima serata. In breve, un soggiorno eccellente, lo consigliamo vivamente.

"Une bonne adresse que nous recommandons"
Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno eccellente con Marie che è stata molto accogliente con il suo sorriso, la sua gentilezza e i suoi buoni consigli per visitare Marsiglia. Il suo appartamento è situato in posizione ideale con i mezzi pubblici nelle vicinanze. La camera è molto carina e la colazione con le marmellate fatte in casa da Marie è un momento di pura felicità! Grazie Marie per aver reso il nostro soggiorno così piacevole. Sylvie e Dominique

"Une hôte d'exception en plein coeur du 1e arr."
Raccomandiamo Marie e la sua pensione per diversi motivi.
Innanzitutto per l'accoglienza di Marie e la sua gentilezza nell'informarci su questa vivace città; in secondo luogo per le condizioni dell'appartamento (un letto comodo, un ampio bagno con doccia, un luogo tranquillo, ecc.). In terzo luogo per la posizione geografica dell'appartamento di Marie situato nel 1° arrondissement (vicinanza a numerosi servizi di trasporto).

"Séjour parfait"
Vorrei esprimervi la mia gratitudine per la calorosa accoglienza e ospitalità durante il nostro soggiorno nella vostra struttura. Il nostro soggiorno con voi è stato molto piacevole e ho un ricordo meraviglioso di questi momenti trascorsi a Marsiglia.

"Je recommande"
J'ai été très bien accueillie par Marie, personne très bienveillante, disponible et avec qui j'ai beaucoup aimé m'entretenir chaque matin lors du petit-déjeuner. Je me suis bien sentie, chez Marie. Merci encore.

"Très bon séjour"
J'ai passé un excellent séjour chez Marie qui est très accueillante et arrangeante. Son appartement est idéalement situé pour visiter Marseille, la chambre est très calme et ses confitures sont délicieuses.
