Petanque Prive zwembad Wandelpaden HengelsportAriane and Vincent welcome you to their house lined with laurels in the middle of the vineyards. We can accommodate a group of 4 people since we have 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. If you only take one room, the second room will not be rented, so that the bathroom can be entirely yours.
We have a dog "Logan" who is not bad at all but a little timid. Maybe you will see our cat? And who says countryside, sometimes says chickens... and a rooster (phew he doesn't crow too much).
So that our dog does not bore you, there are fences inside the grounds, so that everyone has their own space. Access to your room(s) is completely independent at the back of the house.
Situation :
The heart of the village is a 5-minute walk away. On the square, there are 2 restaurants (the food is very good and the setting is magnificent). If you feel like it, you can visit the old village, walk along the river and even rent a canoe...
Opposite the restaurants, a superb park with large plane trees offers the possibility of playing pétanque.
Lanas is a village where life is good!
It's about 30 minutes by car from the Chauvet Cave, the Gorges de l'Ardèche.
The nearest village, Vogüé, is the starting point for the descent of the Ardèche by canoe.
Aubenas is 15 km, Ruoms 15 km, Vallon-Pont-d'Arc 20 km.

If you come from Vogüé, arriving in Lanas, head towards the town hall, then go down rue des Rabières, then right onto chemin de Cotteraude (dead end). It's at the very end at 250.
If you come from Saint-Maurice d'Ardèche, take direction Lanas, after the bridge immediately turn left towards the river (pin contour, go around Place de la Molle) then take rue des Chèvres (2nd on the right) , then straight on Chemin de Cotteraude 250, dead end. It's here !

Si vous voyagez seul ou en couple, vous opterez pour la chambre de votre choix, et la salle de bain sera toute à vous, car nous ne louerons pas la seconde chambre. Nous avons fait le choix de privilégier le confort de nos hôtes et c'est une évidence.
1) la chambre "Feuillage" - belle chambre de 12 m² au rez-de-chaussée, est suffisamment fraîche l'été (orientée soleil couchant) - sans climatisation - TV - vue côté colline, forêt, cour arrière - Lit de 160x200 - Armoire penderie.
2) la chambre "Parme" - toute mignonne avec ses poutres apparentes - 12 m² située au 1er étage - à côté de la salle de bain - TV - climatisation - vue sur la terrasse arrière de la maison - lit 140x190 - Armoire penderie.
Vous pourrez laisser votre voiture sans souci dans la cour derrière notre maison, tout près de votre entrée indépendante. La propriété est entièrement clôturée.
Pour le petit déjeuner, une porte voûtée donne accès au reste de notre maison (voir photo). Nous vous accueillerons, soit dans notre salle à manger si les températures sont fraîches, ou alors sur notre terrasse, voir photos du petit déjeuner.
