5 km from exit 6 of the A23: Valenciennes is 10 mins away and Lille 35 mins.

We offer 2 double rooms furnished on a wood-nature theme equipped with television and internet access:
• The “Chênes” bedroom with double bed 160x200, shower room with toilet
• The “Bouleaux” bedroom with 2 twin beds 90x200, lounge area, WC, shower room
Located on the first floor of the house, they allow guests to have a view of a preserved natural environment regularly frequented by forest animals (diurnal and nocturnal birds but also squirrels, wild boars and deer).
The house is located at the crossroads of many marked hiking, horse-riding and mountain biking trails for which brochures of fauna-flora discoveries, abbey history and mining epic are available to guests.
Bordered by the GR 121 which connects Bon Secours to Boulogne sur Mer, the site can be a stopover point for hikers on the main roads.
The Raismes leisure base, located 2.5 km from the site, offers a variety of family activities: playground, pedal boat, mini-golf, skate park, tree climbing adventure park, pony or Segway rides, picnic area picnic, bar, restaurant, “nature” approach with the exhibitions and activities offered by the Maison de la Forêt.

Many pub games and board games are available to you: Nicolas billiards, balancing game, puzzles, shuffleboard games, as well as a billiard table with corks.
A bowling alley and outdoor games are also available to you: petanque, wooden balls, mölkki and Breton palets.
A small thematic library on the North and the forest and numerous documentations on the hiking sites and the tourist and cultural structures of the sector.
As the owners themselves are hikers, riders and cyclists, you can benefit from logistical support and advice during your stay or stopover.
UNESCO volunteer guide and sportsman, the owner can advise you and occasionally accompany you on:

"Agréable weekend chez super sympa hôtes"
Endroit superbe pour ceux qui aime le calme. Les hôtes sont super sympa, donnent plein d’information pour les balades et suggestions pour visiter ou faire en proximité. Sans leurs explications, j’aurai jamais osé prendre les petites chemins dans le forêt, ce qui est fort apprécie. Chambre confortable avec tous ce qu’il faut pour passer un agréable séjour. Petit-déjeuner correcte. J’y revient certainement.

"Endroit parfait pour se relaxer"
J'ai passé un moment formidable en pleine nature. Ideal pour courir ou faire de la marche. La chambre est propre, on est vraiment au calme, ce qui est idéal pour la lecture, méditation. Merci Eric et Véronique pour l'accueil chaleureux et à bientôt.

"Séjour au coeur de la forêt"
Un accueil très chaleureux de Véronique et Eric, une belle chambre confortable au cœur de la forêt, un petit déjeuner copieux, des jeux traditionnels en bois pour occuper nos soirées, tout était parfait.
Un seul regret, ne pas être restés assez longtemps pour profiter de la compagnie de nos hôtes.

Agréable séjour. Merci à vous pour vos attentions envers les curistes. Les chambres sont très belles, bien décorées, confortables et très propres. Petit déjeuner délicieux avec des confitures fait maison

"SUPERBE"
Curistes ou futurs curistes, je vous recommande vivement "La Clef des Bois", situé au coeur de la forêt, proche de la cure thermale, j'y ai passé 3 semaines en tant que curiste. J'ai vraiment apprécié l'accueil et l'hospitalité de Véronique et Eric. Très vite, je me suis sentie comme "à la maison"... Vous apprécierez les petits déjeuners copieux et la confiture maison. Les chambres sont très confortables. Plein de choses à voir ou a faire aux alentours ! Un grand grand merci à Véronique et Eric pour cet agréable séjour chez vous.
