The studio you rented, plus the rooftop deck (300 sq ft) is on the top of the 2nd floor. It shares a staircase with the owner but has it´s own entrance through your own exterior front door, which is on the outside of the building and located on the landing of the outdoor staircase to the rooftop deck. There is an additional exterior door between the studio’s entry door and the owner’s entry door.
