This suite, approximately 50 m², includes a large room including a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom, a cold kitchen area and a small terrace facing the Canigou Massif.
This accommodation benefits from a pleasant volume with high ceilings in both the bedroom and living room areas.
The living room area includes a sofa, a coffee table, a desk, 2 stylish sideboards, a flat-screen TV connected to the TNT network, a DVD player, a Hi-Fi system. WiFi in the accommodation.
The bedroom area is separated from the living area by an arch. It includes a 180 cm wide bed, a ceiling fan and air conditioning.
The bathroom includes a Roman shower, vanity unit, storage cabinet and WC.
The terrace is equipped with a table with 2 armchairs and a removable blind. It opens onto the bedroom and living room areas. It enjoys a superb view of the Canigou Massif and the Prades Valley.
A small separate room allows for the preparation of light snacks such as breakfast or salads. This room is equipped with a sink, a small fridge, tea/coffee making facilities, toaster, juicer, crockery for breakfasts or cold meals and 2 wall cupboards.
Access to the swimming pool is via steps.
THE VILLA
Villa L'Olivette is built on a hillside facing Mount Canigou, 200 m from the village centre, in a residential area. It extends over 3 levels in the middle of a garden covered with olive trees, oaks and mimosas.
The villa offers 2 gîtes and 1 guest room. Each accommodation has a separate entrance and offers access to the swimming pool (open from June 1st to September 15th). Located below the land, the approximately 30 m² swimming pool offers peace, privacy and serenity in a Mediterranean countryside setting with a splendid view of Mount Canigou and the Prades Valley.
THE VILLAGE OF EUS
Village classified as “One of the most beautiful villages in France” and “The sunniest village in France”
Built on a rock, 3 km from the town of Prades, Eus has a lot of charm and does not fail to seduce lovers of old stones. Some inhabitants tell how the village was the meeting place for French song artists in the 1960s.
