This suite, approximately 50 m², includes a large room including a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom, a cold kitchen area and a small terrace facing the Canigou Massif.
This accommodation benefits from a pleasant volume with high ceilings in both the bedroom and living room areas.
The living room area includes a sofa, a coffee table, a desk, 2 stylish sideboards, a flat-screen TV connected to the TNT network, a DVD player, a Hi-Fi system. WiFi in the accommodation.
The bedroom area is separated from the living area by an arch. It includes a 180 cm wide bed, a ceiling fan and air conditioning.
The bathroom includes a Roman shower, vanity unit, storage cabinet and WC.
The terrace is equipped with a table with 2 armchairs and a removable blind. It opens onto the bedroom and living room areas. It enjoys a superb view of the Canigou Massif and the Prades Valley.
A small separate room allows for the preparation of light snacks such as breakfast or salads. This room is equipped with a sink, a small fridge, tea/coffee making facilities, toaster, juicer, crockery for breakfasts or cold meals and 2 wall cupboards.
Access to the swimming pool is via steps.
THE VILLA
Villa L'Olivette is built on a hillside facing Mount Canigou, 200 m from the village centre, in a residential area. It extends over 3 levels in the middle of a garden covered with olive trees, oaks and mimosas.
The villa offers 2 gîtes and 1 guest room. Each accommodation has a separate entrance and offers access to the swimming pool (open from June 1st to September 15th). Located below the land, the approximately 30 m² swimming pool offers peace, privacy and serenity in a Mediterranean countryside setting with a splendid view of Mount Canigou and the Prades Valley.

Village classified as “One of the most beautiful villages in France” and “The sunniest village in France”
Built on a rock, 3 km from the town of Prades, Eus has a lot of charm and does not fail to seduce lovers of old stones. Some inhabitants tell how the village was the meeting place for French song artists in the 1960s.

The village of Eus is in the Prades valley about 40 km from Perpignan on the road to Andorra.
If you leave the highway either by exit 41 (Perpignan Nord or Centre) or by exit 42 (Perpignan Sud), you always take the direction of Andorra and Prades.
At the exit of Perpignan, in the direction of Andorra, you arrive on a four-lane that you follow until the end (about 20 km).
You continue towards Andorra and Prades, you arrive at the village of Marquixanes.
In Marquixanes, turn right towards Eus. After about 2 km, turn right towards the village and go up. You encounter a first hairpin bend. At the second hairpin bend, you will find Chemin de Rougères on your left. There is a small sign indicating ROUGÈRES at the entrance to this road.
The Rougères path (Cami de Rogeres in Catalan) is slightly below and cannot be seen from the road that goes up to Eus, it is located about 300 meters before the town hall of the village. If you get to the town hall, you are too far.
When you are on the Chemin de Rougères, Villa L'Olivette is the second house on your left at number 3.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à Eus chez Patrick (suite Canigou)
Le logement est très propre et fonctionnel. Il ne manque absolument de rien.
La vue de la terrasse et de la piscine sur le mont Canigou est magnifique.

"Un séjour parfait"
Tout est parfait ! L'accueil de Patrick, ses très bons conseils, le logement très agréable et fonctionnel, la vue magnifique sur les montagnes et la piscine. 5 jours passés ici avec comme seule ombre quelques nuages, tout le reste restera un très beau souvenir de vacances dans une très belle région.

"Superbe suite Canigou"
Très bon accueil. Patrick est aux petits soins pour nous satisfaire. Admirablement placé à côté du merveilleux village d'Eus. Belle piscine permettant de nous rafraîchir avec vue sur le Canigou. De la grande terrasse de la chambre même vue splendide sur le Canigou. N'hésitez pas à faire un séjour à l'olivette.

"Amazing stay!"
We can’t recommend this enough! Patrick is the perfect host, proving lots of great recommendations on places to visit and things to do! The accommodation is perfect, with a beautiful view and we enjoyed spending our mornings sat on the balcony enjoying the croissants and baguette which Patrick would drop off for us each morning. Eus is a gorgeous town with delicious restaurants and lots of hiking trails. 10/10 would love to stay again :)

"An Absolute Gem"
This must have been amongst our best ever holiday accommodation finds. We had a very warm welcome from Patrick and Maryse to their wonderful apartment. Every detail has been thought of and the whole place is extremely attractive and well equipped. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. We spent a lot of time just relaxing and enjoying the peace and beauty of our surroundings. Quite simply superb!

Une vue magnifique à chaque réveil , une déco très soignée. Patrick très attentionné et en même temps très discret. Un beau séjour à recommander les yeux fermés. Sans oublier le village d'Eus très agréable.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour à la suite Canigou. Des hôtes très sympathiques aux petits soins.
Une vue splendide, une chambre d’hôte bien agréable, joliment décorée et tout ce qu'il faut.
Un bon moment de détente à la piscine avec une jolie vue.
