There is an outdoor, communal summer kitchen, which includes a refrigerator, sink and microwave. A home cinema projection room can be accessed upon request.
An outdoor hot tub can be used by guests, subject to an extra charge.
An additional guest can sleep in the sofa bed in the lounge for an additional fee. A baby bed can be loaned free of charge.
