If you take the highway:
You exit at the Cannet-des-Maures

From the toll you have the circular crossroads 1; The Executive Luc Gonfaron
2nd: we cross the

4th: we cross the (Mc Donald)
5th: Attention must be taken to left- Gonfaron
6th: Attention very difficult to see the indication because it is behind the fountain: take left towards Les Mayons
from there, you have to walk ten kilometers, passing over the highway, do not turn right on the highway crossed, up to a crossroads in three directions: left La Garde Freinet, The opposite Mayons Gonfaron and right.
Turn right Gonfaron, make 800m and mark on the left a track called The DFCI Fouquette with Restaurant panels on the farm cottages .....

Exit Cuers, management Carnoules, Pignans Le Luc
You will cross over a road, the villages of Carnoules, Pignans and then you will come to Gonfaron.
In the center of Gonfaron, turn right direction Les Mayons and "Tortoise Village", you will leave on your right the famous turtle village, so you can find the end of a long straight DFCI The track will be Fouquette located on the right.
