Bed & Breakfast La Maison Haute, calme et confort en Périgord noir

2 comfortable bedrooms (Bleuet 1 160x200 bed and Sauge 1 140x190 bed) in a large 17th century Périgord country house, in a quiet and authentic hamlet of Périgord Noir.
Each has a private bathroom and toilet.
Access is via an independent and shared entrance (lounge area, table, welcome pack, kettle, etc.)
Relaxation and calm guaranteed in the garden.

Continental breakfast indoors or in the sheltered outdoor area or in the garden depending on the weather.
Guests have a rest and meal or picnic area, covered and fitted out in a nearby outbuilding with fridge, freezer, microwave, airfryer, kettle, coffee maker, basic crockery and dining table.
Bench and seats in the rest area.

The house is close to many tourist sites such as the medieval castle of Hautefort, the natural cave of Tourtoirac, the Vézère and Dordogne valleys or Lascaux.
All shops and good restaurants in Hautefort (5 km).
Hikes in the surrounding walnut groves.

Retired but still active, open to exchanges, I was born and raised in Périgord and I am keen to make known all the riches of my region, I remain available for advice or information if necessary.
Please note that you will sometimes be greeted by my cats outside...
