Lärchenhof

Lärchenhof is situated on a hillside and offers panoramic mountain views, a 10-minute drive from the Brunnalm Ski Region which reachable by the ski bus that stops directly in front of the house. It features an outdoor sport field with volleyball, basketball and football possibilities.

The garden awaits guest with a terrace, a playground and a natural pond. You can take advantage of the table tennis, and table soccer facilities on site. Free Wi-Fi is available in the public areas.

The rooms with mountain views feature a seating area with satellite TV, a refrigerator and a private bathroom.

Cross country, hiking and biking trails run directly next to the Lärchenhof. The centre of St. Jakob in Defereggen is a 2-minute drive from the property. The bus stop is located directly in front of the house. Lake Obersee and the Italian border can both be reached within 15 minutes by car.

Pets are allowed on request (no extra charge).
Children of all ages are welcome.
Children from 5 to 15 years old stay for 0.75 € per person per night when sleeping in an available extra bed.
Children up to 5 years old (inclusive) stay free when sleeping in an available crib.
Extra beds or baby cots are only available upon request and need to be confirmed by the property.
