Article 1: This contract is intended for the exclusive use of booking stays in guest rooms. The best reception will be reserved for our customers. The service provider undertakes to personally ensure the reception of holidaymakers with all the necessary attentions to facilitate their stay and knowledge of the region.
Article 2: duration of stay: The client signing this contract concluded for a fixed period may not under any circumstances invoke any right to remain in the premises.
Article 3: conclusion of the contract: The reservation becomes effective once the customer has sent the service provider a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the price of the stay with a minimum of one night per room selected. Prices are inclusive of all charges, excluding tourist tax.
Article 4: cancellation by the customer: Any cancellation must be notified by registered post or electronic letter addressed to the service provider. a) Cancellation before the start of the stay: if the cancellation occurs more than 24 hours before the start of the stay, the deposit remains with the service provider. If the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the start of the stay, the deposit remains with the service provider who reserves the right to claim the balance of the price of the accommodation. b) If the client does not show up before 11 p.m. on the day scheduled for the start of the stay, this contract becomes void and the service provider can use his guest rooms. Additional services not consumed will be reimbursed.
Article 5: Cancellation by the service provider: When, before the start of the stay, the service provider cancels this stay, he must inform the customer by registered post or electronic letter. The customer, without prejudice to recourse for compensation for any damage suffered, will be immediately reimbursed for the sums paid. He will also receive compensation at least equal to the penalty he would have incurred if the cancellation had been made by him on that date.
Article 6: arrival: The customer must present himself on the specified day and at the times mentioned on this contract. In the event of late or delayed arrival, the customer must notify the service provider.
Article 7: payment of the balance: The balance is to be paid on arrival at the service provider. Consumption and additional services not mentioned in this contract will be payable at the end of the stay to the service provider.
Article 8: tourist tax: The tourist tax is a local tax that the customer must pay to the service provider who then transfers it to the public treasury.
Article 9: use of the premises: The client must respect the peaceful nature of the premises and make use of them in accordance with their destination. He undertakes to return the rooms in good condition.
Article 10 - capacity: This contract is established for a specific number of people. If the number of clients exceeds this number, the provider is able to refuse the additional clients. This refusal can in no way be considered as a modification or termination of the contract at the initiative of the service provider, so that in the event of the departure of a greater number of customers than those refused, no reimbursement can be considered.
Article 11 - animals: This contract specifies whether or not the customer can stay in the company of a domestic animal. In the event of non-compliance with this clause by the customer, the service provider may refuse the animals. This refusal can in no way be considered as a modification or termination of the contract at the initiative of the service provider, so that in the event of the customer's departure, no reimbursement can be considered.
