In the village of Tréméloir, the Val d'Ic guest house, a former farmhouse, opens its doors and reveals refined decoration, a swimming pool accessible all year round for a well-being break 8 km from the sea and of the first beaches. Valérie and her family are here completing a global project that has been close to their hearts for a long time: the pleasure of welcoming people in a territory that they have always known and which they will share with you. An independent gîte for 5 people is also present on the neighboring land, all at the foot of the church. 15 minutes from St Brieuc and its TGV station. For the coast as well as the countryside, within a radius of 15 km, resorts like Binic or Saint Quay Portrieux, small towns of character like Chatelaudren will be great discoveries, as will the two neighbors Plérin and Saint Brieuc which share the pretty port of Légué and the large Rosaires beach. Families, friends or professionals on the move, you are welcome!

Two very elegant bedrooms have been fitted out in this beautiful country farmhouse.
They each include: 1 double bed. in 160x200, which can be split on prior request to the owner, a private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
The one on the ground floor has a larger surface area than the one upstairs.
Breakfast will be served in the veranda-dining room facing the garden. It gives pride of place to local and especially homemade seasonal products such as: yogurts, various cakes, organic jams, etc.
This room gives access to a small room where a fridge will be at your disposal.
Indoor heated swimming pool at home (towels provided): 7.5x3.5m, depth: 1.2 to 1.6m, chlorine treatment, security by water curtain + lockable door, from 9:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Large green and flowery plot of 2500 m².
Courtyard with outdoor relaxation area and ping-pong table.
Closed room possible for bicycles.
Parking space being developed behind the courtyard with dedicated entrance.
