The land is fully enclosed, wooded, ideal for animals.
You can have two large bedrooms with air conditioning (end of August 2024).
Each bedroom has its own bathroom.
This house is quiet, pleasant, it feels like home.
The terrace is large, covered with a table and chairs for lunch or dinner.
A large barbecue can be useful if you want to grill meat or vegetables...
Breakfast is included in the price, it is copious and made with mainly homemade products.
There are numerous nearby visits, castles of the Loire, Saumur, Brissac, Angers, etc.
You can also visit the wine or mushroom cellars.
Taste foués, a specialty of the region, in a troglodyte restaurant, for example, a few kilometers away.
You can also fish in a body of water 2 km away, for fish or crayfish... you do not need a fishing license because the price is per day (€5) or go for walks in the forest...
You can go canoeing on the nearby Loire... you can enjoy a brand new swimming pool with a large slide 5 minutes away on foot, finally you will have the choice of activities, otherwise you can simply relax.
