Established in 1962, the Cultural Association of the Moulin d'Ande has given the mandate to promote the arts, literature and science, and opened its doors to all who wish to come to rest, work, individually or collective, in an exceptional setting.

You can stay at the Moulin (XII century) and discover it for specimen mill (wheel suspended above the water), listed building.
It is also possible to attend one of the many concerts (see the program on the website), lunch or dinner at the waterfront, in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

You can also spread around the mill to discover the treasures of Normandy: Château Gaillard in Andelys (15 km) for which the Moulin d'Ande was built in the twelfth century to power its garrison in flour, Monet's house and museum of Impressionism in Giverny (30 km), Abbeys around Rouen, Louviers museum, greenhouse Biotropica, water sports Pose, Evreux, Rouen, Les Andelys, Vascoeuil Castle, route writers Corneille, Flaubert, Victor Hugo, Maupassant ...

"avis très satisfaisant"
Very pleasant welcome, in a huge, very surprising area, full of history. The meal that was served to us was delicious.

Journey in August 2021
"Very special and inspiring experience"
Moulin d'Ande is a place where you feel like in different times and different spheres, the atmosphere is very relaxed and inspiring. No wonder many artists, movie directors and writers came here to find their muse. Although I am not an artist, but just a tourist on a bike, Stanislav made me feel very welcome and even invited me to a reception for the premiere of a French movie which of course I didn't understand. Very recommended for a once in a lifetime experience.
