It's time to relax... and when you arrive at Quinta do Moinho, your body and soul expand like rings of flowers thrown in the wind.

You can feel the breeze of nature, the calm sound of the waters of the Mondego River jumping from stone to stone, where you can go boating and pedal boating, or swim in the pool or on the river. The number of retirement homes is six, but in all together there is no room for the beauty of what we find here and what people need and want to grasp: multiple sensations.

A rustic and mountain atmosphere predominates; In the houses, traces of the countryside are numerous, with the use of stone/granite, wood, traditional decorations and authentic materials. The houses are characterized by comfort and touches of small pleasures for the use of residents. The gardens that stretch across the property leading us to the river's edge are an almost figurative way of telling us that paradises exist.
