At the disposal of tenants, at an additional cost, a kitchenette with dining room is available with all comforts (50 m²).
The entire establishment is designed to provide comfort and well-being to those who enter the Loanie Residence.

Located in the town center of Châlus, everything is within walking distance 200 m away: bakeries, pastry shops, delicatessens, supermarkets, tobacco shops, florists, pharmacies, nursing homes, the post office, with the weekly market on Fridays.
