The family-run Rooms Lux is located 300 metres from the sea. Žnjan Promenade with numerous pebbly beaches, cafés and playgrounds is just a short walk away. All units are air-conditioned and offer free Wi-Fi and views of the Dalmatian islands.

Rooms Lux feature satellite TV, a minibar and a private bathroom with shower and free toiletries. Some feature a balcony with views of the sea.

An à-la-carte restaurant is available on site and serves fish specialties and local delicacies. A pub is also housed within the same building, as well as a billiards hall. A gift shop selling souvenirs, quality watches, jewellery and perfumes is also located on site.

The centre of Split can be reached in 5 km, while the local bus stop for buses going to the centre is just 100 metres from the property. Diocletian’s Palace, Peristil Square and the Riva Promenade are all located in the centre.

Main bus and train station, as well as the ferry port are also in the centre, 5 km from Rooms Lux. Split Airport is 20 km away. Guests can park their cars for free on the property and airport shuttle service is available against a surcharge.

Pets are not allowed in the establishment.
Only adults are accepted.
Additional people stay for 25 € per person per night when sleeping in an available extra bed.
