In the heart of the Brionnais bocage (soon to be classified as a UNESCO), close to the PARAY-LE-MONIAL / ROANNE road, the cottage is located on the edge of the "Véloire" greenway and near the Loire river offering many nature activities . Cluniac church and village hall nearby, also ideal for weddings.

Brionnais is located at the southwest end of the Saône-et-Loire department, in the southern part of Burgundy.
It is in contact with the Charolais country, located to the north, a hilly bocage landscape.
