Gratis WiFi Priveparking Terras Ingesloten gebied Koelkast Ontbijt inbegrepen Fietsers welkom Motorrijders welkom Villa Le Sud offers a large guest room of 34 m² with a lovely view of the sea and the hills, plus a balcony and a private solarium of 22 m².
Please note: we only have one guest room, so it is not possible for us to serve breakfast.
However, there is a "craving" space in the large bedroom which allows you to prepare breakfast or a light meal (like pizza). The indicated price of the room therefore does not include breakfast.
The place is very quiet because the villa is located at the end of a dead end.
Access is independent, accessible day and night, the car can stay on the dead end or be parked inside the property.
The seaside is about 2 kilometers away and on the coast of Les Issambres you will find pretty beaches and very beautiful coves.
Its position at the entrance to the Gulf of Saint Tropez provides access to many tourist sites. The services of the Issambres thalasso are of very good quality. There are many golf courses nearby.
The whole is relaxing, serene and sunny.

Mes hôtes étant de passage et /ou en vacances, la liberté qui consiste à rester au lit et à ne pas devoir respecter des horaires, j'ai opté pour la formule sans petit déjeuner mais dans la grande chambre, grâce au "coin fringale", vous pourrez préparer le repas de votre choix à l'heure qui vous convient, et prendre votre repas du matin et éventuellement du soir à l'intérieur de la chambre ou sur la table du solarium.
Le coins repas est équipé d'un micro ondes, d'un petit frigo et du nécessaire pour se restaurer sans cuisiner.

Turn on Boulevard du Bougnon, go up and always turn right; you arrive in Impasse de Bougnon. The villa is the last of the dead end, you will see the part of the stone facade.
Leave your car in front of the villa, descend for about 15 meters, and you will find a glass door, I will be happy to welcome you.

Expérience à oublier ! Arriver en fin de journée et apprendre que la dame a zappé notre réservation ( chambre réglée d'avance ) ! Heureusement, après une heure de stress, un hôtel de Ste Maxime a pu nous héberger mais nous y avons laissé 60 euros de notre poche. Inadmissible quand on n'a qu'une chambre à gérer...
