With direct access from the garden, you can enjoy complete independence, as and when you wish.
Formerly the house kitchen, this suite has been completely refurbished and decorated to offer you a warm and refined setting.

From the terrace, you can relax, read or listen to the birds,
or simply observe nature, as relaxation is the watchword here.
Home-made gourmet breakfast served under the lean-to or in the family dining room, weather permitting.
Our typical house will charm you with its comfort and its location (1.2 km from the village centre, which can be reached on foot via a country lane) will enable you to enjoy the bustle of the village while staying in a peaceful setting.
Nature is omnipresent (our park of more than one hectare, planted with oak trees and the pond welcomes birds and rabbits who like to come and take refuge there).
You'll love the view of Mondarrain and Ursuya.
It's always a great pleasure for me to welcome you and advise you on the sites to visit.

Gîte très agréable et tres bien décoré , on se sent chez soi.. Accueil chaleureux. Petit déjeuner savoureux et copieux.

Nous avons eu la chance de séjourner une nuit dans la chambre d'hôtes (ce qui nous a permis de déguster l'excellent petit déjeuner de Anne) et une semaine dans la petite maison.
Le dépaysement est assuré avec de la verdure tout autour, accompagnée de chevaux, écureuils, lapins...
Anne, tout en restant discrète, a toujours été disponible durant notre séjour.

Nous avons passé 4 jours super avec notre fille de 2 ans. La chambre est grande, bien décorée et très agréable. Le lit est super confortable.
Anne nous a très bien reçus, donnés des conseils sur les choses à faire dans le coin et répondu à toutes nos questions.
Mention spéciale au petit déjeuner en extérieur avec la vue ! On reviendra !

Si l'on veut passer un séjour paisible et agréable, la Villa Xaran Erdian est l'endroit idéal.
Chambre très propre et agencée avec goût.
Anne reste toujours disponible et nous a fait partager de très bon moment.
Rien de plus agréable de commencer la journée avec un petit déjeuné pris sous une la terrasse couverte avec des produits locaux et fait maison.
Un endroit à conseillé

Séjour magnifique et ressourçant à la Villa Xaran Erdian !
Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires des lieux. Le cadre naturel est tout simplement magnifique, parfait pour se ressourcer et profiter de la tranquillité.
Les équipements étaient impeccables et tout était pensé pour rendre le séjour agréable.
Super petit-déjeuner fait maison.
Je recommande vivement cet endroit et espère y revenir bientôt !

Excellent séjour en couple à la Petite Maison de la Villa Xaran Erdian. Très bel endroit sur les hauteurs, à proximité d’Espelette (15’ à pied). Le parc est magnifique. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et de très bon conseil tout en restant discrets tout au long du séjour. La Petite Maison est parfaitement conçue et équipée. Elle est décorée avec beaucoup de goût. La literie est d’excellente qualité. Grâce à la situation de cette charmante petite base, nous avons pleinement profité de cette superbe région. Merci beaucoup. À recommander !
