Website

The presence of the Benedictine monks in the town of Carnac, Brittany is more than a century since it was in 1897 that the abbey of Saint Pierre de Solesmes founded the monastery of Kergonan.
More than ever, our contemporaries are curious about the monastic world. But the monks of St. Anne Kergonan exist not only for ceramics they make, either for cereals or fruit they cultivate hedges. Their main occupation is the praise of God. Their great Office is sung in Gregorian inherited many centuries of experience of God in the West, one school of spirituality.
