Elle fut édifiée en 1865 par la Comtesse de Cossé-Brissac à la naissance de sa fille conformément à la promesse faite à Sainte Anne.

La façade de la chapelle se compose d’une porte que surmontent un vitrail en forme de rosace puis un clocheton à balcon en granit. De petites dimensions, la chapelle fut conçue à l’origine pour le service exclusif des châtelains.
