This is probably one of the largest in the region. It combines a development of about 8 km of galleries divided into three levels to the corridors of an unusual volume in Perigord. The galleries can reach ten feet high and twelve wide. The whole is carved into a Cretaceous limestone with abundant chert nodules. The network is now fully fossil, with the exception of a small stream that runs through the deepest bowels. Most of the tunneling through the water took place during the Tertiary geological era is considered that the network is dried for 2 or 3 million years.
