À mi-chemin entre Les Eyzies et Montignac-Lascaux s’élève dans la Vallée de la Vézère, la haute falaise de la Roque St-Christophe.
Le plus grand site troglodytique d’occident (1 km de long) s’étageant sur 5 niveaux, habité de la préhistoire (- 55 000 ans) à la fin de la Renaissance.
On y découvre les habitations de nos ancêtres ainsi qu’un conservatoire de machines de levage médiévales.
Visite libre ou guidée selon la période de l’année.
Circuit facile, ombragé et sécurisé.
