The museum has two permanent exhibitions Requien, entitled "Diving in time" and "Wildlife Vaucluse", which trace the major stages of life in the department of Vaucluse. With "Diving in time", gypsum crystals and giant white shark, delicate starfish, fish prints in stone, reflect the evolution of paléomilieux and biodiversity before human influence on the environment. "Wildlife Vaucluse" provides an overview of the animal wealth of the two major regional habitats, rocks and river bottoms, and to discover the last great predators of the nineteenth century, bears and wolves.
