This former Franciscan monastery founded in the thirteenth century became Episcopal in 1779. It belongs to the City of Chambery. The Museum now houses collections Savoisien illustrating the rich history of the States of Savoy: Excavations lake Lac du Bourget, furniture and objects forming an introduction to pastoral life in the mountains, beautiful medals of the Earls and Dukes of Savoy, exceptional paintings Cruet medieval wall, the memorial of the war 39-45, shows historic magnificent collection of primitive paintings of Savoy.
