Place Stanislas is a place belonging to an urban standard located in Nancy, in Lorraine, France, which is a World Heritage by UNESCO.
Desired by the duke of Lorraine Stanislaw Leszczynski, was built between 1751 and 1755 under the direction of the architect Emmanuel Hera.
Its name and central statue has evolved with changes in the history of France and it has this name since 1831.
